Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Express shipping: $20.00
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days AFTER shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Anjelickrafts@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
