Return & Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Anjelickrafts@gmail.com. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
